The advantage of project：
Ø Compared with common chemotherapy drugs, they can not only act on tumor tissue cells, but also on tumor stem cells.
Ø The effect on tumor stem cells was not obvious to normal blood stem cells, and the safety was good.
Ø STAT3 is highly expressed in breast, prostate, colon, kidney, and stomach cancers, and a STAT3 inhibitor may be very effective in treating these cancers.
Ø Many cancers have poor prognosis with conventional chemotherapy drugs. The combination of STAT3 inhibitor and chemotherapy drug can improve the poor prognosis.
